We kindly ask you to be punctual for your appointment time. Arriving late will deprive you of valuable time with your provider. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we will make every effort to perform your treatment during the remaining time, but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and charge the cancellation fee.

Fees for services rendered are due in full upon checkout.


A non-refundable deposit of $100 for injectable treatments is required at the time of booking, which will be applied towards your service fee. We require a card on file to book skincare treatments.

Please note that if you no-show or cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, a 50% service fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

We value your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it enables us to deliver exceptional service to our valued clients while honoring our team’s time.

Services: We do not offer refunds on services or gift certificates. Refund requests on pre-paid packages will result in a credit.

Retail: We do not offer refunds on products; however, defective products may be exchanged within 14 days.
